21 June 2013: The confirmed
fees posted. Note: the fees are exactly the same as for 1-day workshops.
17 June 2013: Accepted papers
posted. Note: Conditionally accepted papers are not
included. When any conditionally accepted paper becomes accepted,
it will be added to the program.
13 June 2013: The review process is complete. We have
accepted or conditionally accepted 50% of the submissions. Due to the
high number and high quality of the submissions, the
workshop has been extended to 1½ days.
